Company History

Celtic was founded in 1989 by Mark McKinney as a business forms and printing provider.  Building on seven years of experience in business forms and graphic arts, Mark has grown Celtic from a one-man company to our position today.

In 1998, the decision was made to expand the company beyond business forms and commercial printing to include direct mail, promotional products, membership ID cards, and computer supplies.

In 2002 Mark was one of the founders of International Business Solutions Alliance (IBSA), which brings together document solution companies from all over the United States into one alliance. IBSA has helped all of its affiliates to reduce operating costs, lower product and sales costs and has enhanced our position in the marketplace.  Therefore passing these benefits on to our customers.
